Radisson Blu Hotel Alexandria

I love the area (gated area), the space, its very beautiful and modern, every room has a terrace, there are two pools, restaurants, spa/salon etc — paradise dream meant for relaxation and privacy. I love the staff - Mark from concierge was extremely helpful and the other staff members were extremely professional — we had two exceptional drivers (shehab and ehab). Alexandrias main city is about 40 minutes from this location but the great thing is the hotel provides 24/7 drivers to take wherever you want to go.

Beautiful property, lovely food and amazing staff. Everyone working in the hotel was lovely and very friendly, real 5* treatment ! Breakfast was especially good ! The hotel is located off centre so have to book a car with a hotel to get you to city centre, but the lovely staff there are very helpful and Mr Muhammad had organised us a car with them every day within minutes, at a really good price too! Big shout out to Emad who even shared a phone number with me to call when we wanted to get back. It was honestly great experience and would come back again !

From the moment I booked the hotel the staff were responsive on booking.com. They arranged me to be picked up from Cairo International Airport. It was a long drive but did not feel long as the driver, Eslam, was full of energy and full of facts about the places we passed. When I reached the hotel I was greeted by the best concierge, Mark, who made my stay as good as it could be. This trip was for my birthday and took a tour of Alex with another driver called Moumen. I didn’t think it was possible for the previous drivers energy could be matched but it was. I had a brilliant day out and saw so much of the culture of Alex and learned so much about the life here thanks to the Moumen. To top it off, I came back to my room and found a birthday Cake!! Thanks Mark!! The hotel is modern and luxurious. The staff are super polite and accommodating. The food is 10/10. I had such an amazing massage in the spa. The masseuse must have magic healing hands. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay In Alexandria. I will definitely be returning.

Rooms - Very clean & spacious with Balcony. Smart TV helped me watch program of my choice because the channels are limited. Very comfortable bed & couch. Working table was just perfect. Housekeeping staff - One of the best staff in many hotels i visited Gym & Pool - It has all the equipment & pool is heated. Restaurent - Very good food. Hotel accomodated for my request & prepared special indian vegetarian dishes for me.

It’s absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean and well a managed it’s more like a resort itself and all the staff are amazing and always smiling and helpful I would say it’s on the level of the Dubai hotels everything is well kept and managed. Top service.
